Arrives in nice clear packaging sealed with 300 capsules. Brand states it is manufactured in the UK and with no unwanted ingredients. Also suitable for vegans and non gmo.I like that it is pure creatine monohydrate and wouldn't bother with any other form so plus points for quality. Capsules are easy enough to take and didn't have any noticeable taste when gobbled quickly.Have been using this for 10 days now and very impressed with the results. I initially took a 5000mg serving for 7 days and then 3000mg since. It has provided an unexpected and welcome boost in lifting, I was able to push 2-3 reps more in most sets all round by the end of the first week. This enabled me to progress in weight far quicker than before and push past a slight plateau that I had hit.Another positive is I have definitely put on a bit of size visually, I'm quite wirey and easy to notice a difference, this may be part increase and part water retention but a plus point either way.Overall I'm very impressed and will continue to use as part of my routine and as recommended. For the results, it provides excellent value for money and happy to order again.
Quick, easy and works wonders highly recommend
It’s refreshing to find a high-quality supplement from a UK company that hits all the right marks: Vegan, Halal, and Non-GMO.The value is excellent - getting 300 tablets at 1000mg each makes it easy to hit that 3,000–5,000mg daily sweet spot without constantly reordering. I will say, the tablets are a tad large, but don't let that put you off; they have a smooth finish and are actually easy to swallow with a glass of water. If you're looking for a clean, effective, and locally made supplement to boost your performance, this is the one. Highly recommended.
For those in the know. creatine is simple and should be marketed and priced as such. For those who aren't, I'll cover this briefly before getting into why I like this product specifically. Why you might want itCreatine monohydrate is for those who do exercises that last just a few seconds. Not running or even movements of 10 seconds. Thus, it benefits those who lift weights more than anyone else. Having the right level of it in your system results, according to a lot of studies, in the ability to lift a little more weight and to do a few more reps than without it. Maintaining the right level essentially means taking it every day, regardless of whether or not you exercise. A very small amount of 3 to 5 grams is all that's necessary. It's also the cheapest of all supplements. It was discovered over 100 years ago and is synthesised these days, meaning that basically every creatine product out there fundamentally has the same active ingredient. The quality should be the same and, if it's unflavoured, the concentration should be the same. Anything crazy expensive is down to marketing or a flavour being added to make it tastier. Given that creatine naturally has no flavour, this isn't necessary. Why I like this productI generally prefer creatine in powder form, as it can be mixed into protein shakes or simply added to water. However, gummies - or in this case tablets - are great for portability and travel. Normally, a bottle of tablets like this would give you a fixed number of servings, with either 3 or 5 grams of creatine per serving. This is because the recommended serving size is generally either 3 or 5 grams, depending on the source you consult. What I love about this product is that the manufacturer decided to include the appropriate amount of tablets for either 3 or 5 gram servings and indicated the number of tablets to take for the aforementioned serving. Brilliant.£17 - as I write this - seems like a completely fair price for the amount you get, the quality of the packaging and such. As I said above, this is a standard - or commodity - product at this point. There shouldn't be a great variance between product offerings and general quality should be high. The expected quality is here and the price is absolutely fair.
I’ve been really happy with these creatine tablets. They’re easy to take, clearly labelled, and convenient compared to powders. The tablets feel good quality and sit well with no issues. It’s reassuring that they’re made in the UK and vegan friendly, and the large bottle lasts a long time. For the amount you get and the price, this is very good value for money. A simple, no-nonsense product that does exactly what it’s meant to do. Would happily buy again.
